A Coronis property manager in Bundaberg has declared she deserves a raise — moments after showcasing a rental that looked like it lost a cage fight with a possum and a kebab.
She told cameras property managers face “health hazards and trauma.” Fair. But so do tenants waiting three months for a plumber.
The internet, meanwhile, reacted faster than a broken lease: “You’re paid to manage properties — not just observe their decay like David Attenborough narrating a mould documentary.”
Maybe she’s right — they should be paid more. Just not for whatever that was.
